In the increasingly rapid changes of market competition conditions, how to design the branch and subsidiary company management mode and increase the management efficiency has become the key to success for most enterprises and enterprise groups. This case takes the China Southern Airlines Co. Ltd. (referred to as China Southern Airlines) as an example and study the branch and subsidiary company management mode of China\'s civil air transport enterprise. Based on the mode of both domestic and foreign airline company, this case analyze the problems and weaknesses existing in the branch and subsidiary company management mode of China Southern Airlines against the background of an increasingly scale of China enterprises, and explains the key elements of branch and subsidiary company management mode design of China Southern base on theoretical Interpretation. Finally this case describes the framework and implementation strategies of the subsidiary company management mode of China Southern Airlines after the proposing of several important principles of branch and subsidiary company management mode design.
