From the perspective of social entrepreneurship, this case shows how founders and their teams identified social problems, entrepreneurial opportunities, and implemented them innovatively. The case focused on the challenges of China's "three rural" problems, as well as the exploration process and innovative practice of the founder team trying to solve the "three rural" problems with CSA model. As the first case in this series, the time period of this case was from 2012 to the end of 2019, which showed the effectiveness of the business in the past seven years, but also revealed the challenges, especially the founders' different views on the direction of the business, and leaves this as a decision question for students to discuss. Through the study of this case, students can master the theory and analytical framework of social entrepreneurship and improve their decision-making ability.
