Equity incentives are crucial in optimizing long-term constraint mechanisms, stimulating internal motivation within enterprises, and deepening capital market reforms. As a vital means for companies to attract, retain, and motivate talents, equity incentive, which transforms employees into “partners,” has become a powerful tool for listed companies to compete for talent and is increasingly a standard practice for high-tech enterprises. As a leading service provider in China’s software and information technology services industry, BoYan Technology has garnered numerous accolades, such as “Leading Enterprise in Financial Technology Services” and “Leading Enterprise in Big Data in the Software Industry” over the past 30 years. Through deep cultivation in various industries, including finance and the internet, the company has accumulated rich project experience and built a strong reputation based on deep insights into industry and customer business, professional technical services, and high responsiveness and efficiency in handling tasks. Meanwhile, Boyan Technology continues to consolidate and expand its core competitiveness.
