In this rapidly changing era, transformational leadership can play an extremely important role in the development of an organization. Such leadership can not only lead an organization to make effective changes, but also lead by example, set an example for subordinates, and better unite the strength of the entire team. This case depicts the image of Li Song, a transformational leader who is determined to make progress, ambitious, willing to change, and united with his subordinates. It describes how Li Song has led the company's intelligent transformation process by analyzing the industry environment and production situation of Juxiang Company since assuming the position of factory director. When facing reform difficulties, Li Song further deepened the reform and solved the problems he encountered by leveraging his transformational leadership characteristics, ultimately achieving ideal results.
