Located in Wenzhou city of Zhejiang province, Factory H, a heat-treatment plant had attained a mature state since its establishment ten years ago. The factory director, Rui Xue, appointed his former subordinate—Chao Xie as the managing agent. After Chao Xie took charge, different sorts of problems and difficulties broke out, and the reform of the regulation system was in urgent need. Despite his enthusiasm for reform, Chao Xie fell into a dilemma due to his limited innovative-reform ability. Therefore, Rui Xue invited Yu Zhong as a helper which further resulted in conflicts because of the opinion disagreement... Facing the crisis in Factory H, Rui Xue, Chao Xie, and Yu Zhong learned from each other, which pushed them to grow up together. Consequently, this reform led by Chao Xie and Yu Zhong achieved a staged success.
