S-labs is committed to applying block chain technology to finance, government affairs and people's livelihood. Finance mainly involves supply chain finance, asset securitization and asset management technology. This case mainly shows how S-labs applies block chain technology to a typical scenario of supply chain finance, that is, the financing scenario of downstream dealers of core enterprises. Supply chain finance is divided into upstream mode and downstream mode around core enterprises: the upstream mode has core enterprise accounts payable as a starting point, and traditionally has financing modes such as factoring; while in the downstream market, distributors are mostly small and micro enterprises. The financing of micro-enterprises is a world problem. S-labs introduced block chain technology to develop a downstream "order loan" system. After the cooperation with core enterprises, it realized the full-process financial services such as dealer credit evaluation, credit extension, order application, loan, and repayment, and solved downstream dealers’ difficulty in financing. But for S-labs, once the core company develops the block chain system in this scenario, how should S-labs respond? How to further improve the block chain solution to establish an irreplaceable competitive advantage?
