In recent years, with the upgrade of consumption and the consumer demand for personalized, consumers love the new products. How to provid new products become the key point to create demand and consumption. This case describes TMALL’s new product innovation system through the development of digital tools to help manufacturers to create new products and popular products, and then achieve enterprise transformation. Before the launch of the new product, is TMALL Innovation Center (TMIC), and after that is the new product marketing of the Black box respectively. In the process of building a new product, TMALL takes advantage of Alibaba\\\\\\\'s big data, through the trend insight, online simulation, test-marketing diagnosis, C2B innovation factory, improve the success rate of new products, and then promote manufacturer’s transformation of the production and organizational restructuring. TMALL\\\\\\\'s new product (Black box) not only supports the platform\\\\\\\'s sales growth, but also provides more possibilities for digital transformation, and provides a new path for the digital process of Chinese commerce.
