Shandong Liuhe Group focuses on agriculture and husbandry industry (AHI) in its 15 years’ developing history and it implements its corporate strategies, including meager profit operation, service marketing and intensive exploitation. However, new dilemmas and conflicts come up in its expansion progress because of the changes of external environment and internal conditions. This case demonstrates the situation of AHI from Chinese circumstances, its next five-year development and the competition. Then, it introduces Liuhe Group’s overview and analyses its strategies and supporting system. In the last section, this article advances the opportunities and threats faced by Liuhe Group in the future.
