无障碍艺途是一家民间公益组织,2010年在上海正式注册成立。作为一家专门服务于精智障人群的机构,无障碍艺途通过为精智障人群提供免费艺术类课程,培养和开发他们艺术潜能,同时也对其进行心理和精神方面的疗愈。为了改变社会公众对这一群体的认知,无障碍艺途以项目运作的方式举办画展、开展主题活动,并进行线上+线下的宣传。为了有足够的资金支撑组织的持续发展,无障碍艺途逐渐发展起较强的项目筹资能力,并尝试探索自我造血机制。本案例回顾了无障碍艺途创业的历程,并重点介绍了其在开设艺术疗愈课程、改变社会认知以及项目资金筹集方面的创新实践。通过案例学习,学员能够理解社会企业的内涵、了解社会企业商业模式的独特性,感受创始人的社会情怀和企业家精神,也能够站在创始人的角度思考机构面临的挑战及未来的发展方向。
英文摘要:
which was officially registered in Shanghai in 2010. As an institution dedicated to the mentally handicapped, WABC provides free art courses for the mentally handicapped to cultivate and develop their artistic potentials, and at the same time to heal them psychologically and spiritually. In order to change the public\'s perception of this group, WABC organizes exhibitions, thematic activities and Online + offline marketing activities. In order to have sufficient funds to support the sustainable development of the organization, WABC has gradually developed a strong project financing capacity, and tried to explore self-hematopoietic mechanism. This case reviews the entrepreneurial process of WABC, and focuses on its innovative practice in offering art healing courses, changing social awareness and raising project funds. Through case study, students can understand the connotation of social enterprises, the unique business model of social enterprises, understand the founder’s social compassion and entrepreneurship , and face the challenges in future development from the perspective of the founder.
