There is a serious problem of educational resources imbalance in China today, Teach For China is a non-profit project under the Beijing Li De Wei Lai Public Welfare Foundation, whose aims to solve this problem. Since has been established for eight years,Teach For China has accumulated to transport about more than 1000 the project teacher to the education resource poor areas and affected over 330000 students. As a result, it has helped the local students and the community to achieve a breakthrough in education. Teach For China has gained wide social support and high social evaluation. This paper describes the project experience of the three interviewed teachers,showing the excellent project teachers\' competency characteristics. For future development, Teach For Chinais also facing some difficulties and challenges. Taking the project human resource management as the core content, respectively, the case discusses the above aspects of the above issues in depth.
