After five years of development, Miaoshou.net has grown into a unicorn enterprise with an annual income of 4 billion yuan and a valuation of over 7 billion yuan. It has realized digital empowerment in model innovation and platform construction. During the COVID-19 epidemic, it has used digital strategies to fight against. This case describes the process of Miaoshou.net as an Internet medical and drug management entrepreneurial enterprise, which enables companies to digitize through the innovation of digital technology and business models, and uses the digital strategy around prescription and connecting doctors and patients to build brand value and core competitiveness. The aim of the case is to help students master the essential characteristics, key elements and path methods of digital empowerment of brand value and core competitiveness of digital strategy, guide students to understand digital strategic thinking, and improve their ability to analyze and solve problems during the implementation of digital strategy.
