Bilin Weimei Platform(BWP) was founded in Tiancun Road, Haidian District, Beijing. It provides traditional culture education for community residents and promotes community governance through the establishment of Ximu School. The orientation of BWP is a social enterprise, which not only provides high-quality services for the government and the community, and fulfills the social responsibility of the enterprise, but also realizes the self-development of the enterprise with the well-designed business mode. BWP has been established for just over two years, with a good development trend and a unique platform Business mode. Later, similar schools were set up in Shangdi Street and Gucheng Street,Beijing, which were basically copies of Ximu school mode. This case describes the entrepreneurial development process of BWP, discusses the opportunities and challenges for social enterprises to carry out community education, and also points out the problems faced by BWP: as a social enterprise, is their platform business mode sustainable? How to realize corporate value co-creation in a cultural society? Through the analysis of the business mode of BWP, we can promote the development of cultural social enterprises and better benefit the society.
