This case applies to strategic management, supply chain management and supply chain financing. Autozi is an integrated vertical service platform including online trading platform, data analysis platform, 4PL logistic service platform and supply chain financing service platform. Based on Internet and Cloud technology, Autozi built a “B2B2C+O2O” integrated vertical value-added service platform from Component Manufacturers to Auto Repair Enterprises and Vehicle Owners. As an auto components supply chain cloud platform, Autozi can provide spare components supply services for Auto Repair Enterprises scattered all over the country depending on its warehousing and logistics distribution centers. At the same time, it can provide supply chain financing services for its platform customers in order to accelerate Auto Repair Enterprises turnover of capital. The strategic goal of Autozi is to integrate the automotive aftermarket supply chain, however, it faces the difficulty of solving the contradiction between the characteristic of products long-tail of automotive aftermarket and Component Manufacturers` demand of Mass Production and Kanben Production. In addition, how to get more value from supply chain financing business is also a critical problem for Autozi to build a healthy ecosystem.
