Abstract:
New product development has become an important topic in the 21st century which the enterprise constructs the sustainable development. The uncertainty of the new technology application, and with all the short-term market-oriented R & D, are the plight of the new product innovation which a high-tech enterprise engaged in. Traditionally, a high-tech enterprise engaged in new product development is often driven by technology rather than market driven, regard enterprise as research laboratory. There is also a kind of enterprise all market-oriented "rapid spike" in product development. New product development which based on technological innovation needs rich and long-term technical accumulation. But the short-term market and short-term performance evaluation are often restricted technical personnel spirit of exploration and development of new technology. This paper aims at a typical high-tech enterprises – Hai Kang biotechnology companies (hereinafter referred to as "Hai Kang") experience as the background, described in its Gene Chip new product development process of technological innovation and product development to conflict the main line, to explore how companies based on R & D strategy objectives, research and development of secondary structure adjustment in the balance of technological innovation and product development gradually formed a new generation of R & D management. Hai Kang R & D management exploration provides the important reference significance and enlightenment for the innovation and development of China's high-tech enterprises.
