英文摘要：
Left-behind children are a concomitant of China's rapid industrialization and urbanization, exacerbated by the urban-rural divide, which has triggered a series of social issues. Strengthening health care and support for left-behind children, particularly in impoverished areas, and promoting their healthy development have become crucial and urgent tasks in China's rural revitalization efforts. In this context, rural education plays a vital role. As the first and largest public welfare organization dedicated to rural poetry education in China, the Kunming Chenggong District "Shiguang Four Seasons Poetry" Youth Service Center (hereinafter referred to as "Shiguang"), established in 2018, effectively addresses the lack of emotional expression channels and psychological attention for rural children by providing poetry course packages and training for local teachers of grades three to eight. This case study, from the perspectives of social entrepreneurship theory, resource bricolage theory, and dynamic capability theory, aims to explore the innovative explorations of Shiguang Four Seasons Poetry in areas such as idea dissemination, resource integration, and capacity building, based on an explanation of the founder Kang Yu's original aspirations and entrepreneurial journey. It will also present the challenges and difficulties faced by the founding team from the perspective of future growth, thereby encouraging participants to think and propose improvement solutions from the standpoint of decision-makers, enhancing their comprehensive ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems.
