英文摘要：
COSMOPlat is the industrial internet platform incubated by Haier. How to carve out a path in the red ocean market dominated by international giants such as General Electric's Predix platform and Siemens' MindSphere platform has become the primary challenge faced by Chen Lucheng, the chairman of COSMOPlat. The decision points Chen Lucheng is confronted with include the following: How to understand and meet the needs of customers? How to enhance the platform's capabilities? How to achieve collaborative symbiosis among multiple actors? How to maintain the prosperity and development of the platform ecosystem? Facing a series of problems, its unique ecological model has become the solution. During the process of ecological development, COSMOPlat, on the one hand, deeply understands the customer's needs and, through the reverse customization model, concentrates different demands from the demand side and aggregates them to the manufacturing side, activating the positive feedback loop of "demand - data - value"; on the other hand, it enhances its capabilities by connecting various resource ecological partners while meeting more demands from the supply side, achieving the activation of the platform's network effect. The integration of "supply and demand" ends, coupled with the leadership of the "group chain contracts" model, the different entities in the ecosystem led by COSMOPlat have achieved collaborative symbiosis, and scale effect and scope effect have emerged.
