This case described the four development stages of Share Harvest to build a social ecological agriculture platform, including the inclusive development of the CSA alliance in the early days, to the efforts to actively build a national two-level production and marketing cooperative, on this basis, the establishment of the national head office, and the recent official release of the "Fair Field" public brand. Based on the previous two cases, this case further deepened the exploration process of the green platform strategy of Share Harvest, aiming to guide students to think about how to implement the green platform strategy of Share Harvest from the perspective of platform construction and platform governance.
