In response to the national call for flexible employment, Yaoqin Tech was established in June 2021. Yaoqin Tech establishes professional telemarketing team through recruiting flexible labor personnels to provide accurate, personalized marketing outsourcing services for enterprises. After conducting the business, all sorts of problems come. The marketing performances of telemarketers are uneven. Effective cue rates provided by telemarketers vary widely. The training for telemarketers has been carried out but the training effects are not clear. The company needs to hire more marketing people but is not sure what kinds of people are the right ones. The effective cue numbers vary greatly on different working days, but the underlying reasons are unknown. In view of the above problems, Yaoqin Tech adopts different big data analysis methods to find out the reasons behind the problems and effective solutions. It helps to optimize employee recruitment and training. This case is helpful for students to understand the mode of flexible employment, master the application of big data analysis methods in flexible employment management, and understand the way of continuous improvement of flexible employment.
