The enterprise strives to help individuals with disabilities achieve social integration through employment, ensuring they not only gain employment but also find joy in their work. This case study illustrates the process by which the China Foundation for Disabled Persons innovatively established CFDP-LEYE within the unique institutional, cultural, and market environment of China. It comprehensively presents the innovations in organizational structure, business model, and social value creation from an innovation context perspective. By studying this case, students can understand how to effectively manage and promote innovation in the distinctive Chinese context, enhancing their innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities for social issues.
