英文摘要：
Digital transformation is vital for the future of China's manufacturing industry. As the backbone of this industry, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) play an essential role in building a strong manufacturing and networked nation. However, the high cost of digital transformation, combined with SMEs' weak technological foundation, limited financial resources, and lack of talent, necessitates a low-cost path. Anhui Xiqiang Milk Group, a small dairy manufacturer and distributor, innovatively used low-code technology to achieve digital management and end-to-end traceability of their production, supply, and sales chain. Without external talent and at nearly zero cost, they accomplished this in just five years. Remarkably, the company also took on the role of a system developer, launching their self-designed end-to-end traceability management platform at the World Manufacturing Convention Internet Special Session, which is now used by 860 companies. This case study follows Xiqiang's digital transformation journey using a low-code platform. It examines the motivations, process, and outcomes of their transformation, showing how they integrated operations with low-code technology to achieve comprehensive digital management and enhance overall value. The case aims to help students understand the drivers and constraints of SMEs digital transformation and the critical role of low-code technology, inspiring them to explore key pathways for SMEs digital transformation using low-code platforms.
