This case was mainly on the development strategy of Beijing LD Printing and Packaging Group Corp. Ltd in the new period. It analyzed the macro environment
and four business sectors -- packaging printing, publication printing, security printing and logistics. Packaging and printing developed steadily. Security printing encountered difficulties with the core enterprise in joint venture. Logistics showed a vigorous and sustainable development. Through the investigation of management status, this case deeply mining the existing problems and competitive advantages of LD. It also explored how the enterprise clearly positioning the future development direction in the new period, and how to grasp the advantages and development opportunities, and make full use of resources to implement the value-added differentiation strategy.
