This case offers a general description of the whole process of salary system reformation launched in Beijing Sanyi Co., Ltd. After the enterprise in our case entered its growing stage from pioneering period, the excitation effect of the salary system on the employees significantly decreased along with business scale expansion and staff increasing. This enterprise drew up, and prepared to implement, a new salary system by means of a consultation corporation. According to the description of the salary system evolution in this enterprise, the purpose of this case study is to introduce the human recourse problems that a pioneering enterprise may encounter after entering its growing stage. And further lead students to understand the procedures and process in formulating salary system in enterprises, and grasp the difficulties and problems in designing such a salary system. Additionally, students should evaluate the pros and cons in asking consultation corporations for management advisory together with the problems need to be noted.
