From a small chemical plant to an outstanding enterprise with sales over 10 billion, the success of the company is dependent on its strong channel. This case describes the channel transformation process of Company S from channel establishment, channel expansion and sinking, channel optimization and upgrading, carrying out online channel to omni-channel integration and digital transformation. At present, Company S is actively promoting the digital transformation of channels, adapting to new consumer demands and coping with new challenges.
