Maitrox Smart Supply Chain Inc started from a trading company, then transformed into a production supply chain service, and finally focused on the global after-sales supply chain service. After more than ten years of hard work, it has become the world leader in the field of after-sales spare parts service. Compared with the positive logistics, the after-sale spare parts supply chain which has the characteristics of reverse logistics has more uncertainty and unpredictability, so the lean and agility of spare parts supply chain is more difficult to balance. Through setting up the decoupling point of spare parts supply chain scientifically and improving the flexibility of physical decoupling point by digital means, Maitrox has realized the leagile after-sale spare parts supply chain service , and raised the customer's daily service achievement rate from about 65% to 90%, or even 95%. Now some customers have proposed whether the service achievement rate can achieve 100%, which is a big challenge. How to further improve the leagile of spare parts supply chain to meet the higher requirements of customers? Maitrox continues to explore.
