Many enterprises in the pharmaceutical circulation industry are facing a huge cash flow dilemma with slow growth, tight funds and low profits. Based on this, SVC proposed the model of “supply chain value creation” which uses the idea of supply chain cash flow management to serve the upstream and downstream of pharmaceutical circulation enterprise, and aims to optimize and improve the supply chain cash cycle to balance gross profit and create value for all parties. By introducing the Balanced Gross Profit Model in detail, this case explores possible ways to optimize the “supply chain value creation”.
