Although Wuhan Baijuncheng Information Technology Co., Ltd. has Wuhan's location advantage and is one of the leading providers of local service outsourcing, its scale has grown to 400 million yuan. However, at this point in time, the company is at a critical turning point and needs to reassess and consider its external environment and internal capabilities. First, the main STAFF business of the company is a highly competitive business with low entry threshold. Second, the service outsourcing industry is undergoing a transformation from the normal STAFF business to the overall solution business. Third, as competition intensifies and costs rise, as well as the expansion of the company's scale, higher requirements are put forward for the company's management ability and management philosophy. Therefore, the further development of the company faces a series of challenges. How to deal with these challenges, how to make strategic choices, and how to make strategic transformation, the senior management of the company must think deeply and analyze so as to make correct strategic decisions.
