This case can be applied to financial management classes and advanced financial management program, which aims to help the students understand the following content:(1) the significance of implementing the centralized fund management, (2) the common patterns of centralized funds management, (3) how to realize centralized funds management in large state-owed enterprise group in China, (4) how to combine group strategy with centralized funds management.Huanyu Technology Industry Group(hereafter called Huanyu)is a large state-owned enterprise group. Its\\\' main business is research, production and sales of electronic information system equipment. This case focus on the problems Huanyu faced when it implements centralized funds management in the group. In order to accomplish its strategic object, Huanyu Financial Company was established in 2011, but its operation has faced difficulties in recent years. After discussing this case, students can realize the problems which the large state-owned group faced in implementing centralized funds management, and try to find solutions to these problems.
