英文摘要：
In recent years, social enterprises which use business operation to solve social problems are becoming more and more active in the world. Their innovative business models and management practices have attracted wide attention. As a social enterprise dedicated to solving social problems of environmental protection and life rescue on the Sichuan-Tibet Highway, Chengdu Dream Riding Club, founded in 2013, has found a feasible way by social entrepreneurship. This case reviews the entreprenuerial process of founder Li Shuhe, focusing on his precise understanding of the core requirements of customers, using the development of core products, construction of service stations and rescue teams, and integration of resources to solve the problems of resources needed in business operations, to solve the social problems of environmental protection and life-saving on Sichuan-Tibet Highway. The purpose of this case is to guide students to think about the characteristics of social enterprises, the performance of social entrepreneurship, and the uniqueness of social entrepreneurship and other issues, and to guide students to think about the future development issues from the perspective of founders.
