Miss Fresh is a mobile e-commerce company focusing on high quality fresh products. Since its inception in 2014, Miss Fresh has grown from a piece of white paper to the only one in the industry with a three-fold growth rate and a full profit of 10 billion revenue enterprises in the first-tier cities. This case is based on the important decision-making and nodal achievements in the development process of daily freshness. It focuses on Xu Zheng, Zeng Bin and their partners in the face of unstable quality of freshness and high refrigeration requirements, turning difficulties into opportunities, relying on accumulated experience, unusual ways of thinking and unique insights on retailing, creating a business model of pre-warehouse to share cold chain costs and provide opportunities. The course of keeping high unit price for all kinds of selected commodities, improving the retention rate of new and old customers by using membership system, and exploring new profit model conforming to the times.
