This case describes the organization change of Shanghai Better Education Development Center, hereinafter referred to as \"Be Better”). The hero of this case is Mr. Wang sheng. By interviewing him and his team, we understand the mission, the product development process, organizational change and human resource management of Be Better. Mr. WANG Sheng, the founder of Be Better, is keen on the promising future of this social enterprise. Meanwhile, he and his team assume responsibilities for kid’s learning about the importance of the economic competence and skills. Under his persistence and leadership, this social enterprise has been growing from small size to the large size, while its locations now have spread into the whole country. He has created a business model, which combines the public good with the commercial profits well. By trying the interactive subsidies, the conflict between the public welfare and making money can be solved. Such a sustainable development pattern can be borrowed and learned by the similar social enterprises in China.
