英文摘要：
In intensified competition of overseas contracted projects and investment market, S Company actively expanding in emerging markets to find cross-border BOT investment opportunities. In this context, R Company of T Country invited S Company to involve in the development of Q Hydropower Station, but S Company did not immediately took the olive branch because of the potential risk of T market.On the other hand, Manager Zhang who just did a job hopping from the engineering department of a domestic item company was appointed by General manager Wang to investigate Q Hydropower Project , but the information provided by Manager Zhang does not fully win Wang’s total satisfaction. Now, Manager Zhang ,who lack experience of investment opportunity evaluation of BOT project in multinational , was really puzzled.
