As a China-root and becoming a world-leading automobile manufacturer, Geely Group have been initiating its internalized talent development strategy to compete in talent war in the high dynamic labor market. By introducing a series of specific practices in the Geely’s talent strategy, such as “Industry-education hybrid-based” employee development system, “All-people-progress project” (extensive employee career development system) and “All-people-driving project” (employee voice and involvement program), this case applies to help students deeply understand the contextual adaptability of internalized talent development strategy, as well as the critical rules and key factors to form it.
