As a representative state-owned enterprise, China Tower finds out its own way to achieve the all-win in the reform of state-owned enterprises. By inducing Sharing Economy and differential pricing strategy, China Tower created the Tower Mode which offered new perspectives of digestion of excess capacity and state-owned enterprise reform. Through in-depth analysis of Tower Mode and differential pricing strategy, this case helps students to understand Sharing Economy and differential pricing strategy in the context of state-owned enterprise reform and supply side reform. This case is beneficial for students to have a good command of related theories, which can improve the ability to integrate theory with practice of students.
