This teaching case takesJD companyas the study object, trying to explorethe work mechanism of strategic human resource management by describing its strategic content, organization structure and human resource management system, and investigating the connection among the three. With the development of the knowledge economy,Customer demand is becoming more and more personalized. To make response to changing market conditions and meet the demand of customers customized, as a management software enterprise, JD company makes reasonable human resource strategic planning and takes effective human resource management measures, the purpose of which is to support the innovation activities which are driven by technological updating and changing market demands in the company and to implement strategy of the company. By analyzing the material of JD company, this case aims to present the characteristics of strategic human resource managementin the innovative companyfrom the perspective of the longitudinal and transverse match.
