The case analysis can help the enterprises from elderly care real estate sector better understand the impacts of location, business types portfolio and customer positioning upon their brand value, so as to enable them to reasonably choose strategies to advertise and expand their brand effects, and it can provide some inspirations for enterprises to adopt brand strategies and promote their brand value.
