WF Bank has been developed rapidly since 2002, especially in the aspects such as strategic position, product innovation, organizational capabilities, competitiveness and social image. The micro finance product and its marketing patterns have been highly recognized by the top leaders in the country. The profitability and employee satisfaction have been improved a lot. In 2011, the Banker in Britain listed the case bank in 869. What are the factors contributing to the success of the bank? The case study reveals the strategies and mechanism in HR practices, culture orientation and organizational structure reconstruction of the case bank, especially in the process of its new product development.
