This case mainly discusses on how China Railway Construction Corporation (CRCC) addressed its plight of financial management to achieve financial control with the aid of financial shared service center (FSSC). Utilizing the FSSC, the financial reporting was more timely, the cost was greatly reduced, the control on funds was tightened, and the financial risk was prevented in advance, hence providing solid base for the CRCC to develop in a healthy and sustained way.
