This case explores enterprise organization and human resource management under the condition of knowledge economy. With case study on the Amoeba change of high-tech company, the study explains how to strengthen the vitality of enterprise through the construction of ZZJYT, and consider the strategic development requirements of the whole enterprise at the same time. The case examines organization structure and function of enterprise based on describing of the origin and development of Amoeba change. And it explains the relationship between business process, division of labor, cooperation mode and autonomy of employees. The case helps students understand the relationship between organization structure and employee motivation, the relationship between the coordination of organization and employee collaboration, the relationship between organizational change and employee development, through the analyze of the relationship among the above four aspects and the contradictions and the solutions to solve the contradictions among the above four aspects. This case is suitable for enterprise strategy, human resource management, enterprise organization design, enterprise change management and so on.
