H group is a famous global company engaging in internet and electric appliances. Its sales volume has amounted to RMB hundreds billion. The company is a leading company in the industry. The leadership of the company is very strong. Following the changes of the world as well as the customer needs, the top leasers have been very actively exploring the strategic changes of the company. Starting from 2007, its HR strategies have experienced the changes along with the strategic changes. HR functions have been changed from administrative service to the strategic HRM, which has facilitated the strategic implementation and helped the line business achieving the business goals. Based on the above changes, the HR functions have been streamlined. The SSC have been created. Meanwhile, three pillars such as SSC, COE and HRBP have been established too. The HRBP has become important in implementation of the business. By 2012, the company started the new round innovation, the platform organization has been launched. Along with such a strategic turn, the HR has been changed too. The case introduced the changes of H Group company . under such backgrounds, the case especially portrays the picture of HR changes. It introduced how HR has been changed from the supportive role into a strategic role. The case also illustrates the changed of HR function of the company. More importantly, it describes how HR professionals are growing along with the growing the company.
