Abstract：
Under the national agricultural development strategy, capitals are optimistic about agricultural blue ocean market. However, most of them started from sales, without fundamentally empowering agriculture. The Fourth Apple is among the few companies that engaged in starting from Planting and relying on "Digital Technology+ Finance" so as to create the new mode of modern agricultural industry. This case demonstrates that since its founding in 2016, The Fourth Apple started from the Apple eugenic area of Liangjiehe Village in Yanchuan County, north of Shanxi Province, using IT and Internet of Things to collect and digitalize the data of farmers, farmland, farming and trade, connecting other industry entities including agricultural materials, logistics, marketing, agricultural insurance and supply chain finance, and gradually establishing the Agriculture Industrial Internet Platform including eMAS, agriculture favoring association (e-commerce platform), and supply chain finance platform. Currently, The Fourth Apple is about to copy this platform into other agriculture product and producing area, exploring and jointly creating the Industrial Internet Platform of modern agriculture with other agriculture industry entities.
