Company W is a start-up that produces industrial smart equipment. With business growth owing to research and development breakthroughs, the problems of internal company management and operations had gradually become more prominent. To resolve these problems, the company founders hired a professional manager named Tan Yi. However, as an “outsider” CEO, Tan was faced with the inconsistency between power and influence.
