Abstract:
As our economic development enters the new normal, the profit level drops sharply, making it difficult to expand in the international market... Enterprise A is troubled with the problems. In order to break the plight, Enterprise A actively responded to the call of the country and decided to carry out mixed ownership reform. This reform is not the first large-scale reform of state-owned enterprises in China, but none of the previous reforms has managed to completely eliminate the corrupt practices of state-owned enterprises. There are still many issues existing in the state-owned enterprises, such as the government departments' running or managing enterprises and engaging in commercial activities, tedious administrative procedures, rigid management mechanism, low employee enthusiasm, and so on. Therefore, is it wise for Enterprise A to join the reform? How should Enterprise A carry out this reform? Can the reform achieve good results? These topics deserve our in-depth discussions.
