Abstract：
As our economic development enters the new normal, the profit level drops sharply, making it difficult to expand in the international market... Enterprise A is troubled with the problems. In order to break the plight, Enterprise A actively responded to the call of the country and decided to carry out mixed ownership reform. This reform is not the first large-scale reform of state-owned enterprises in China, but none of the previous reforms has managed to completely eliminate the corrupt practices of state-owned enterprises.
