IT industry is not only the cradle of entrepreneurs, but also the birth place of numerous entrepreneurial myths. What kind of changes will happen when IT companies, which combined the high-tech nature of business and the own characteristics of education industry, choose education as their career? What kind of opportunity and challenges will be faced by those entrepreneurs? Founded in 2007, Lang broadcast network (Langlib) is one of the pioneer developers of online English education products. In the start-up period, the company experienced difficulties in personnel, product development, whether or not charges decisions, cash flow and other problems. After seven years exploring, has Langlib achieved dramatically growth? In the light of entrepreneurial team and entrepreneurial management two explanation perspective, this case study focus on the entire process of business enterprises, aiming to explore the factors affecting the entrepreneurial process.
