Abstract:
Fung Group is a multinational business company, having advantages in three core lines of business:Li&Fung Ltd. controls export and purchase business; Profit and Distribution Service Center manages distribution; Asian Retail Convenience Store(Li&Fung Retail,CRA) manages the retail business and some other unlisted business entities. Li &Fung Group has 27,000 staffs all over more than 40 countries and regions. In 2013 its sales revenue reaches US$20.7 billion. In recent years, Li&Fung has created DMSB model through ecological commercial operation and participation in brand business, thus making itself leading position. However, with economic downturn around the world and explosive growth in mobile Internet, Fung Group is faced with new challenges, such as the control of financial risk in supply chain, the management of supplier in ecological business and the establishment of digital chain.
