Abstract:
Taking BJJD corporation as an object, this case will investigate the causes, operation mode and effect of “Amoebiod” changing, discuss the operational mechanism and applicable range of internal market for providing an analysis object to enterprise reform management and organization and human resource management (HRM). The case starts with the profits in the BJJD corporation, introducing how the corporation carries out the strategic transformation depending on the environment changes, adjusting organization structure according to the strategic transformation goals, and reforming human resource management based on the operation organization mode. As a result, “Amoeba” pattern is implemented. Then, based on the further analysis of “Amoeba” in detail, this case will illustrate the its establishing mode, running characteristics, effects and rising problem. Next, by means of the introduction of the reform process, causes and effects of Amoeba,this case discusses the impact of differentiated market demand on the standardized mode of production and the effectiveness of the internal marketization of the business organization coping with such impact.
